Programs/Workshops

I lead programs and workshops to teach people powerful skills and tools that help with their overall wellness, work/life balance, and stress management. I teach everything from journaling for stress relief, releasing your limiting beliefs, and EFT tapping, to guided meditation, visualization techniques, body scans, and deep breathing exercises. When we get our head, heart, and body in alignment, life becomes more enjoyable, and I love helping people get to that place.

All classes include a combination of visual, auditory, and hands-on instruction. They’re fun and informational and you will come away from them with important tools and resources that you can utilize in your daily life.
